Terms and Conditions

After booking your travel in Serbia:

Your ticket and booking confirmation will be sent to you automatically by email provided upon successful completion of your order. If you do not receive this mail for any reason, please get in contact with info@redroad86.com as it may mean that your order has not been successfully processed. Please check your junk or spam folder first. You should be ready to bring your ticket or to show it on your smartphone or tablet. You may be asked to show a valid ID with picture to identify yourself and also the proof of age of your child. Children under 16 may participate on the tours but should be accompanied by their parents/teachers or legal guardian who should remain with the group until tour ends. Unless otherwise specified on the booking, the number of participants is limited to maximum of people written in the email confirmation. Your tour ticket includes your private tour guide(s) and other add-ons you have paid. Food, beverages, transportation tickets, incidentals, bathrooms, and anything else not specifically included in the tour price is not included unless specifically described in the specifications of that tour.


1.General Tour information:

  • Red Road 86 reserves the right to correct an error in any price prior to your departure. The tour package price does not include ground transportation unless otherwise specified in your itinerary or selected.
  • Your credit card will be charged for the indicated amount only when all services are confirmed.
  • Your credit card statement will reflect one entry from us but always for the same total tour price.
  • If a debit/ check card is submitted by the client we are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees or any other charges that might be charged by your bank.
  • A "cancellation" is defined as any change made to the name of a traveler when booked (e.g. a change from "J. Smith" to "John Smith"), the substitution of one traveler in place of another, a reduction to the number in the party, and/or the termination of the entire trip. All other changes to a reservation constitute a revision.
  • No prices, tours, service availability, or dates of travel are confirmed until a required payment is received.
  • All travelers must travel on the same itinerary.
  • Delivery addresses for bookings requiring physical documents must be street addresses. No P.O. boxes will be accepted.
  • Electronic confirmation and documentation will be sent to the e-mail address listed on the booking form page.

2.Transfers

In most destinations, itineraries do NOT include transfers. Transfers are optional services you can add to your itinerary during the booking process. Please select the one that fits your itinerary.


3.Our Advertisements:

Advertised package prices are expressed in US dollars per person. Tour, city taxes and fuel surcharges are included in our advertised prices. Prices are offered based on availability at the time the ad was created. Once availability changes than advertised prices and suggested travel dates consequently change.


4.Tour Price - Before A Reservation Is Created:

  • All prices are expressed in US dollars.
  • Prices for tours are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices are dynamic in nature, subject to availability and subject to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
  • Customized itineraries must be booked immediately once created online in order to hold the correct price and availability.
  • Saved (old) itineraries must be re-priced from scratch at the time you are ready to make your reservation.

5.Tour Price - Once You Have A Booking Number:

  • All prices are expressed in US dollars.
  • The final package price is based on what you selected during your booking process. Please verify that you selected all services that you would like to purchase.
  • No prices, tours, service availability, or dates of travel are confirmed until a required payment is received.
  • No prices, tours, service availability, or dates of travel are guaranteed until your payment has been processed and charged.
  • Red Road 86 reserves the right to correct an error in any price or itinerary prior to processing your any payment. Such errors could be human or computer originated. In that event, you will be informed by email and will be given the option to approve the correct price/itinerary or cancel your booking without any penalties.
  • In the event that you booked itinerary prices at a lower or higher rate in the future, Red Road 86 will not be able to honor a discount or impose an additional collection to match the new market price.

6.Passport, Visas And Travel Permits

  • All travel documents are the responsibility of the passenger. A valid passport with at least 6 months validity after the date of travel is required.
  • Serbia is not a member of the EU or part of the Schengen Zone. You will not need a Serbian tourist visa as Chinese citizen. For more visa info click here
  • You are responsible for checking with the appropriate consulates and respective authorities as vaccinations may be required.
  • Note that our agents cannot be expected to know all documentation requirements for your trip. No refunds will be entertained for passengers who cannot embark on an aircraft due to incomplete documentation such as lack of passports.
  • Red Road 86 recommends http://www.mfa.gov.rs/en/consular-affairs/entry-serbia/visa-regime — a fast, easy and secure way to get the travel documents needed for international trips. Get the convenience you want and peace of mind knowing your travel documents are in order before your trip.

7.Cancellations:

  • A "cancellation" is defined as any change made to the name of a traveler when booked (e.g. a change from "J. Smith" to "John Smith"), the substitution of one traveler in place of another, a reduction to the number in the party, and/or the termination of the entire trip. All other changes to a reservation constitute a revision.
  • You may cancel your booking at any time before the tour date at least 72hrs before the start of your tour. The Red Road 86 holds the right to keep 10% of your down payment. Cancellations received within 0-72hrs and no-shows, will not be refunded.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, we are going to keep the cost of: 1) Tickets and reservations that have already been made for the client, will not be refunded. 2) Bank charges related to the payment of service, will not be refunded.
  • Tour Cancellation - We work very hard to ensure that all tours run as scheduled and enjoy a 100% success rate. When a tour cancels, and it is the fault of a Red Road 86 of one of the freelance guides we work with, we will refund your pre-bought ticket as well as offer up to 50% of the value of the original ticket price as a credit towards the purchase of another tour as compensation. This credit cannot be used in any other way and is not cashable.

8.Changes:

  • Tour changes include: date changes, cancellation/modification of a single component of your tour.
  • All changes must be requested in writing to info@redroad86.com Changes cannot be made online.
  • If you wish to review or adjust your booking up to 72 hrs before the tour, an administrative charge of $10 will incur per change. Any changes made to the booking within 72 hrs of the scheduled tour start time will incur in an administrative charge of $50.

9.Late Policy:

Your tour guide is booked specifically for the length of the time mentioned on the service description. If your group arrives more than 10 minutes late, the waiting time will be deducted from the agreed upon tour length. In the event of delay, please contact us during our working hours. If no contact is made within 15 minutes of the agreed upon meeting time, the group will be considered a “NO-SHOW” and the tour will not be refunded.

10.Force Majeure:

Red Road 86, its agents, representatives and contactors are not liable and will not provide refunds for any events which are caused as a result of acts of God or Government, war hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil strife, labor dispute, strike, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdown of machinery, adverse weather conditions, water shortages or any other occurrences beyond our immediate control and which, despite all due care being taken, could not have been avoided. In case of force majeure, Red Road 86 reserves the right (but makes not guarantees) to offer substitute services that it judges may be an adequate replacement for the originally scheduled service. If no substitute is available, or substitutes offered are not accepted, no refunds will be made.


11.Voucher:

Notice of Non-Receipt of Service Vouchers – if the requested vouchers have not arrived prior to your departure date, it is your responsibility to contact Red Road 86 at least one full business day before your departure from your home country, so that the necessary information can be resent. Failure to contact us to allow re-sending may result in loss of your reservation and/or tickets for which we will not be responsible.

Reviewing Voucher information – While Red Road 86 takes the utmost care in making sure the information on your travel vouchers is complete and accurate, it is your responsibility to carefully read and review vouchers immediately after receiving them. Failure to contact us in time to allow for the correction and re-sending of vouchers could result in the loss or cancellation of your services listed on the voucher for which we will not be responsible and in such case no refunds will be possible.


12.Privacy Policy:

Red Road 86 will never sell your personal information to any third party. We reserve the right to use data given to us for marketing and research purposes.

In order to protect your personal safety the platform strongly recommends that you apply for personal insurance when you travel. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the trip. Car rentals please follow local traffic rules and drive carefully.
